Hi Darling,
</PARA>
<PARA>
We finally got here - dropped anchor about 4:30. I just wish it were time to pull that anchor up and start back home to you. But its not so we'll just have to take it as she comes - oh well the time will go by faster ashore as I expect we will be plenty busy.
</PARA>
<PARA>
Congratulate me - I caught three fish this afternoon kinda small ones but were real live honest to God fish. I was pulling one of them in and a fish (amberjack) about five feet long followed my fish to the surface I though he was going to take it but didn't. One of the sailors caught a three foot barracuda. Remember that spoon we paid about 50 <EDNOTE>[cents]</EDNOTE> for. A fish got that and about 50 feet of my line. That was the one that always got away.
</PARA>
<PARA>
I guess we will unload sometime tomorrow probably be in the afternoon. Theres not to much to gab about - maybe by tomorrow nite I'll have some of your letters to answer, sure hope so. I've about memorized that letter you gave me when I left. <NAME>Wanda</NAME> if you have any doubts - which youd better not have - I love you more and more each day and want and need you still worse. You're all I care about and you're all I live for, I just wish this cruise would end so I could have you beside me from now on. Goodnite Darling!
</PARA>
<PARA>
Yours Forever,
</PARA>
<PARA>
Dave
